Aimee Benfield

Aimee Benfield has a diverse work history in the field of learning and development. Aimee currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at Network Partners since December 2022. Previously, they worked at Positive Results, LLC as the Training and Development Manager from January 2014 to December 2022. Aimee also had a significant tenure at Raytheon, where they held various roles such as Talent Development Manager/Six Sigma Lead from April 2007 to September 2012, and Learning Lead/ Instructional Designer from January 2002 to January 2007. Prior to their time at Raytheon, they worked as a Consultant at Booz·Allen Hamilton from January 1997 to January 2001, and at Coopers & Lybrand as a Consultant from January 1995 to January 1997. Aimee'sexpertise includes designing and implementing training programs, conducting needs assessments, and providing performance consulting.
