John Gordon has over 20 years of work experience in customer success, sales, and account management. John began their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at IDC. In 2004, they moved to Application Security, Inc. as a Territory Manager. In 2006, they joined Core Security Inc. as a Manager, Inside Sales and Account Development. John was promoted to Team Lead - Inside Sales / Sr. Federal Account Executive, Senior Account Executive - Federal Sales, and Account Executive. In 2015, they joined Onapsis as Senior Director of Customer Success Operations, Director of Customer Success Programs, Director of Customer Success & Support, and Director of Account Management. In 2022, they joined Network Perception as Senior Director of Customer Success.
John Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Bryant University. John has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in June 2022, including Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, Executive Leadership, Prioritizing Your Tasks, and Stepping Up Your Webcam Video Presence.
