Beth Barker-Paton

Beth Barker-Paton is an experienced professional in arts and cultural consultancy, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Etic Lab since June 2020 and as a Commercialisation Officer at Network Praxis since June 2021. With a strong background in arts management, Beth has also worked as a Large-Scale Arts Events Consultant since February 2011 and was the Chief Creative Officer at KuvaHQ from June 2020 to December 2022. Previous roles include Programme Manager and Administrator at mac birmingham from February 2015 to June 2019, and an A&R Assistant at Revolver Records / Heavy Metal Records from January 2010 to February 2011. Beth holds a BA (Hons) in Music, Theatre and Entertainment Management from the Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts, completed in 2010.
