Elliot Green

Elliott Green is an Associate Director and ETCS/CBTC Signalling Engineer at Network Rail Consulting since May 2019, seconded to Transport for New South Wales, where responsibilities include transitioning the Sydney Trains network to an ERTMS digital railway. Elliott has held various positions in Transport for NSW, serving as Signalling Technical Manager, Lead ETCS Engineer, and ETCS Engineer, contributing significantly to the ETCS L2 Trackside Scope of Works and authoring technical papers. Prior experience includes roles as Signalling Project Engineer and Assistant Signalling Project Engineer for the 4 Lines Modernisation Project at Transport for London, as well as a Systems Engineer for Bombardier Transportation on Crossrail Rolling Stock. Elliott holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
