Nick Allam

Nick Allam currently serves as the Associate Director - Operational Integration Lead at Network Rail Consulting, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Nick spent two decades at London Underground, concluding as the Lead Operational Development Manager, where responsibilities included operational representation for the SSR Upgrade Project, overseeing critical initiatives such as the 4 Lines Modernisation and End State Track Layout project. Additional experience includes operational roles in various tube upgrade projects, risk management for LU upgrades, and work in train operations at Thameslink. Nick's career began as a General Manager at The Old Palace Lodge Hotel from February 2000 to August 2001. Educational credentials include an Institute of Railway Operators diploma in Railroad and Railway Transportation from Glasgow Caledonian University, complemented by earlier education at Bedford Modern School.
