Carl Frazier

Carl Frazier CISSP is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in insider threat analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Insider Threat Analyst at RAND Corporation since 2023, Carl previously held the role of Insider Threat Analyst at Network Security Systems Plus, Inc. from August 2018. Prior to this, Carl was a Cyber Incident Analyst Responder and Team Lead at Northrop Grumman from May 2015 to August 2018. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
