Harlan Stenn

Harlan Stenn is the Founder of Network Time Foundation, Inc., where Harlan manages project development and release engineering. With a background in program management and release engineering, Harlan has also worked in various consultancy roles for companies like PFCS Corporation and Sierra Nevada Corporation. Their expertise extends to developing and improving build systems and toolchains for various operating systems, including Linux and Solaris. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Colorado College, Harlan holds degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration.
