Magdalena Gisman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and technology within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Technology & Operational Excellence Director at Clinscience, Grupa NEUCA, and Pratia since June 2022, Magdalena previously held the position of Director of Operational Excellence at AmRest for a decade, where responsibilities included leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing crisis responses during the pandemic, and implementing efficiency-driven projects across multiple brands and countries. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from ICAN Institute, an MA in Public Relations from the University of Wroclaw, and a BA in Journalism and Social Communication from Uniwersytet Dolnośląski DSW, complemented by an Erasmus scholarship experience at Utrecht University.
