Viswam Zenith has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Viswam began their career in 2012 as a Senior Business Associate at Vertex Data Science before moving on to Avazzar Consulting as an HR Team Lead and Operations. At Avazzar Consulting, they successfully closed IT and non-IT recruitment and established relationships with clients. In 2016, they joined Future Focus Infotech Private Limited as a Senior Executive-Delivery, where they focused on end-to-end hiring for contract-to-hire positions.

In 2017, Viswam became an HR Business Partner at Expertzlab Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they served as a single point of contact for employees and managers and handled various HR responsibilities. Viswam then joined Petrolink as a Human Resources Staffing Consultant in 2018, where they managed the recruitment process and provided strategic support to senior management.

In 2020, Viswam became a Senior Human Resources Officer at Heyooo, Inc., where they took care of talent acquisition and recruitment processes and excelled in office administration and vendor management. Viswam then moved on to RapidValue as a Strategy Talent Acquisition Lead in 2021, where they were involved in end-to-end recruitment for multiple verticals.

Currently, Viswam is working at Neudesic as an Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition, where they are responsible for talent acquisition strategies.

Throughout their career, Viswam has demonstrated their expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, office administration, vendor management, and HR processes. Viswam is known for their ability to attract top talent and improve efficiency within HR departments and organizations.

Viswam Zenith's education history begins with a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from Anna University, which was completed from 2008 to 2012. Following this, Viswam pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at The ICFAI University in Tripura, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to these higher education degrees, Viswam attended Govt HSS, Kochi for high school, where the field of study encompassed Mathematics and Computer Science, from 2006 to 2008.
