David Dowling

David Dowling is an experienced professional in the HVAC and engineering fields, currently serving as Commissioning Authority and Commissioning Agent at Neudorfer Engineers, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this role, David spent 15 years at MultiCare Health System as an HVAC-R Technician. Earlier in their career, David gained skills as a CNC Machinist at Aerostar Engineering and worked in customer service management at Office Depot. David holds an Associate of Arts degree in HVAC-R/Industrial Maintenance/DDC from Clover Park Technical College, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from American River College.
