Eric Overman

Eric Overman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and business leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit at NeueHealth since November 2020, Eric has successfully led the organization's SOX404 compliance program and has played a pivotal role in establishing a robust control environment. Prior to this, Eric held multiple leadership positions at EY, including Managing Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing significant accounts and facilitating new business development. In addition to a successful corporate career, Eric has engaged in coaching, currently as Head Coach at Holy Family Catholic High School and previously at the Academy of Holy Angels for 17 seasons. Eric holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
