Jian Sheng

Jian Sheng, MD, PhD has more than 20 years of biomedical industry experience and is the former Vice President of ImStem, where he led cell and gene therapy clinical development, regulatory, medical and market affairs.

Dr. Sheng served as the medical director of AstraZeneca, where he led a number of strategic initiatives, managed scientific research projects, and led a team that won the AstraZeneca Presidential Award. Dr. Sheng previously worked in Novartis and Sanofi as the head of medical communication and led the MSL team.

Jian holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Fudan University, a MS in Pharmacology from Guangdong Medical University, and a BS in Clinical Medicine from Nanjing Medical University.
