Laurent Jardin

Laurent Jardin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Laurent began their career at Montupet in 1994 as a Technicien en Fondrie, where they worked for ten years before being promoted to the role of Adjoint Technique. In this role, they played a key role in starting up the plant and introducing new products, while also developing the operations and methods team and establishing a training department.

In 2004, Jardin transitioned to the role of Adjoint au directeur des opérations at Montupet, where they supported operations and worked closely with departments such as process, quality, maintenance, and engineering. This position involved overseeing 120 employees in the department and contributing to the successful launch of a new process and product.

In 2008, Jardin joined Raufoss Technologie as a Chef de service, leading their team and managing operations. Throughout their time at Raufoss Technologie, Jardin took on increasingly senior roles, including Plant General Manager and Operation Manager. Laurent was also responsible for lancement, overseeing the launch of new products and managing investment in factories in Canada, China, and Mexico. Additionally, they served as the Responsable des prototypes, managing the manufacturing and delivery of prototypes and collaborating closely with various departments, including simulation, engineering, tooling, quality, purchasing, and customer service.

Jardin's most recent role at Raufoss Technologie is as the CEO Neuman Aluminium Mexico & Plant Manager, which they assumed in September 2022. In this position, they hold a crucial leadership role and oversees the management of the plant in Mexico.
