Steffen Ziebarth

Steffen Ziebarth has extensive experience in engineering and innovation management, currently serving as Koordinator Innovationsmanagement at Georg Neumann GmbH since March 2011, where responsibilities include coordinating ideas from innovation to project and product development. Prior to this role, Steffen worked as Entwicklungsingenieur, focusing on mechanical design and development of microphones and accessories, along with responsibilities in manufacturing documents, change management, and testing. Steffen's earlier experience includes developing solid-state lasers at CryLaS GmbH and working on power and frequency converters at Converteam GmbH. Steffen holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Technology from Berlin University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2005.
