Matt Hayes

Matt Hayes is an experienced Information Systems Engineer currently employed at Neumora since March 2023, where responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of Windows/Mac systems, Meraki networks, and VMware server virtualization in a hybrid O365/Exchange environment. Prior to this, Matt served as an Information Technology Operations Engineer at AlloVir, managing O365, Teams, and network operations, and implementing improvements in data collaboration. As the Manager of Information Technology at Certica Solutions, Matt oversaw operations and budget for 150 employees, played a key role in the integration with Instructure, and migrated key systems to enhance efficiency. Additionally, experience as Senior Manager of Infrastructure Services at Kaspersky Lab included managing IT operations for North America and Latin America. Matt holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University and completed college preparatory classes at Arlington Catholic.
