Ria Rustagi

Ria Rustagi is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in operations and technical design. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO at Neuphony™ since April 2019, Ria also holds the position of National President for the Mental Wellness Council at WICCI from January 2023 to October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer at Infineon Technologies, where Ria was the Technical Lead for a methodology project in physical design, and a developmental engineer focused on digital CMOS circuits. Ria completed a Master of Science in Integrated Circuit Design at the Technical University of Munich and Nanyang Technological University Singapore, following a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. Early career experiences include internships and training at various companies, including Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Alcatel-Lucent.
