Paula Reichenberg

Paula Reichenberg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paula is currently the Vice President at the Swiss LegalTech Association since October 2022 and the CEO & Founder of NEUR.ON since August 2022. Prior to these positions, Paula was the Founder of LexMachina from September 2020 to August 2022 and the Executive Director of Hieronymus AG, Translations by Lawyers for Lawyers from September 2007 to August 2022. Paula also holds the role of Alumn at the Swiss Study Foundation since June 2003. Paula has previous experience as an attorney-at-law at Bär & Karrer from January 2004 to July 2006 and as a Clerk at the Labour Tribunal, Geneva from May 2002 to May 2003. Paula started their career as an Under-Assistant at the University of Fribourg from September 2000 to February 2002 in the Chair of Roman law and Family law. Additionally, they pursued an MBA at INSEAD from August 2006 to July 2007.

Paula Reichenberg has a diverse education history. In 1994, they attended Collège Calvin Genève, where they obtained their Maturité A with a focus on Greek, Latin, English, and German. Following this, from 1998 to 2003, Paula studied at Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, where they pursued a degree in law (lic. iur).

In 2001, they enrolled at Humboldt Universität, in collaboration with Tulane University, to gain a Diploma in alternative dispute resolution. Paula'sstudies in this program focused on negotiation and mediation techniques, as well as international arbitration and litigation.

Paula then decided to further enhance their educational background by completing an MBA at INSEAD from 2006 to 2007, specializing in Business Administration. Finally, in 2020, they attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) for a shorter period, completing the Data Science for Managers program, which revolved around data science and machine learning.
