Mark Mintz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Mark is currently the Chief Medical Officer and founder of NeurAbilities Healthcare since January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the President, Founder, and CEO of the same company from 2005 to 2020. Before founding NeurAbilities, Mark Mintz worked as the President, CEO, and founder of the Clinical Research Center of New Jersey (CRCNJ) starting in 2005. Mark also served as the president of NeurAbilities, a 501(3)c public charity, starting in 2008.

During their career, Mark Mintz held various leadership positions. Mark served as the Executive Medical Director and Vice President of Bancroft Neurohealth for 8 years from 1999 to 2014. Mark also worked as the Director of the New Jersey Section, Division of Neurology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 1997 to 2002. Before that, they were the Head of the Division of Pediatric Neurology at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center. Additionally, Mark Mintz has experience in medical education, having served as the Director of Medical Student Education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Camden from 1993 to 1996.

Mark Mintz began their education by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree from Dickinson College in the years 1974 to 1976. Mark then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School between 1979 and 1984. Following this, Mark completed an Internship and Residency in Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 1984 to 1986. Mark further specialized in Child Neurology by completing a Residency and Fellowship at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School from 1986 to 1989.

Mark Mintz also holds several certifications. These include certifications in Epilepsy, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities, Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology, and Pediatrics. These certifications have been obtained from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. as well as the American Board of Pediatrics, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
