Cihan Baser

Cihan Baser has over 10 years of work experience in quality assurance (QA) and automation engineering. Their most recent role was as a QA Engineer at Neural Labs, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a QA Lead at Brujula, a CMC company, from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a QA Automation Engineer at Baraan Software Solutions Private Limited. Cihan also has experience as a QA Engineer and Lecturer at Ishik from 2016 to 2018, and as a Lecturer at Ishik from 2010 to 2015.

Cihan Baser obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented Children from the International Black Sea University (IBSU) between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Osmania University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Cihan Baser's education journey began at Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, which they completed between 1999 and 2003.
