Ljubo Mercep

Ljubo Mercep has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Ljubo is currently serving as the Director of Perception at Neural Propulsion Systems since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Argo AI, where they held the position of Senior Technical Program Manager from March 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they worked at Mentor Graphics as a Principal Engineer Perception from February 2017 to March 2018, and as a Senior Engineer AD Algorithms & Frameworks from April 2016 to February 2017. Ljubo also worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Engineer Embedded Systems from January 2014 to April 2016. Ljubo has prior experience as a Cofounder at ComInMotion GU, where they were involved in the development of the eSeater vehicle platform. Ljubo also worked as a Research Associate at Technische Universität München, contributing to the development of a diesel-electric serial-hybrid "Innotruck", and as a Guest Researcher at Fortiss, where they worked on the software development of modules for a sidestick-steered drive-by-wire electric car.

Ljubo Mercep's education history starts in 2005 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. Ljubo then pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing their studies in 2008.
