Gilad Kinor started their work experience in 2009 at Mamram, where they held various roles. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Unix & Linux Practice Leader, responsible for determining the architecture and standards for Unix/Linux based operating systems within the organization. Gilad also planned and executed operating system upgrade projects and conducted research on new operating systems and related technologies.

In 2012, Gilad became the Storage & Backup Team Leader at Mamram, leading a team of system engineers and specialists. In this role, they were responsible for the organization's storage, hardware, and backup solutions. Gilad managed long-term, high-budget projects, including writing work-plans, conducting research, performing proof-of-concepts (POCs), and implementing solutions.

In 2016, Gilad joined Dell EMC XtremIO as a Solutions Architect. Gilad researched various IT solutions in-depth and studied their integration with storage protocols. Gilad developed technical whitepapers and demo videos on the organization's storage solution and its integration with different IT solutions. Gilad also presented technical presentations to customers and colleagues in courses and conferences.

Gilad Kinor completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University between the years 2006 and 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mathematics from the same university, graduating between 2011 and 2016.
