Griselda Calvillo

Griselda Calvillo currently serves as the Field Operations Manager at Neurocrine Biosciences, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Griselda worked at Travere Therapeutics as the Senior Manager of Field Incentive Compensation and Alignment from November 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included designing and implementing incentive compensation plans in collaboration with various departments. Earlier career experiences include roles at Spero Therapeutics, Talis Biomedical Corporation, and Dexcom, where Griselda focused on incentive compensation plan design, sales administration, and commercial operations across multiple positions. Griselda holds an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
