Mona Floyd is an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Mona has held various management positions in companies such as Neurocrine Biosciences, ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc., AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, and Eli Lilly. Mona has successfully launched multiple products, built high-performing sales teams, and received numerous awards for their outstanding sales performance. Mona holds a BS in Biology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and an MBA in Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
