Kirby Bennett has extensive experience in customer service and operations management. In 2010, they started as an Operations Coordinator at Sweet E's Bake Shop, where they coordinated operations and managed customer orders. In 2013, they moved on to become the Manager of Customer Experience at BaubleBar Inc., where they provided exceptional customer service and managed the customer experience. In 2016, they joined SKRATCH™ LLC as a Customer Experience Consultant, focusing on enhancing customer experience. Later that year, they also joined EssilorLuxottica as a Customer Service Trainer, responsible for training customer service representatives. Kirby then progressed to become a Customer Service Manager, overseeing customer service operations, and eventually a Senior Customer Service Manager. In 2023, they transitioned to become the Director of Customer Service & Lab Operations at Neurolens, where they are currently responsible for managing customer service and lab operations.
