Jonathan Hernandez

Jonathan Hernandez has a strong background in Satellite Communication Systems and IP Networking. Jonathan has worked in various technical and engineering roles in the telecommunications industry. Jonathan started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Florida International University - College of Engineering & Computing. Jonathan then worked as an Electrical & Controls Engineering Intern at Electrolytic Technologies Corp, where they were involved in building a chemical processing plant and developed a batch update script for a SCADA system.

Jonathan later worked as a Radio Frequency Engineer at Raytheon Technologies before transitioning to the satellite communications industry. Jonathan worked as a Solutions Engineer at SES Networks, where they designed and presented SATCOM solutions to military officials. Jonathan then joined Intelsat as a Senior Sales Engineer, providing technical consultancy to maritime customers and managing the technical relationship with those customers. Jonathan later moved to OneWeb as a Senior Sales Engineer, focusing on capturing government sector business and leading technical sales and demos.

Currently, Jonathan is working at Neuron as the Director of Technical Account Management. In this role, they support accounts throughout the Neuron journey, manages client relationships, provides technical expertise, collaborates with software development teams, and performs analytical problem-solving to address customer pain points and ensure client satisfaction.

Jonathan Hernandez completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida International University's College of Engineering & Computing in 2018. Jonathan obtained a certification in Space Mission Design and Operations from edX in 2020.
