Vinay Saini

Vinay Saini has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Head of Customer & Product at Neuron7.ai since April 2020, where the company focuses on transforming enterprise customer service. Prior to this, Vinay held various senior positions at Serene Corporation from December 2003 to March 2020, including CFO and COO, VP of Technical Delivery, and Senior Manager. Additionally, Vinay was a Team Lead at Cymbal Corporation from 2000 to 2003. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Vinay earned a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from 1995 to 1999.
