Dwi D. has worked in a variety of roles in the research field since 2010. Dwi began their career as a Qualitative Research Executive at PT. Kadence International Indonesia in 2010. In 2013, they moved to PT. Illuminate research asia as a Senior Research Executive. In 2014, they joined PT. The Nielsen Company Indonesia as a Senior Research Executive - Qualitative. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Qualitative Researcher for Freelancer. In 2018, they moved to Leap Research as a Qualitative Research Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as a Senior Research Manager for NEUROSENSUM.

Dwi D. obtained a Bachelor in Business Management from President University between 2003 and 2007. Dwi then went on to complete a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Università della Calabria between 2015 and 2018. In February 2021, Dwi D. also obtained an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM.
