Grace Montenegro has over 20 years of work experience in various fields. From 1998 to 2005, they worked at Nabisco Biscuit Company as a Product Manager, where they managed and oversaw the activities of 5 employees directly and 300 others indirectly. Grace was also the Technical Leader Project for a variety of business projects such as the implementation of the new company's core systems, manufacturing quality control applications, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, shop floor information systems, process variation reduction MRP I & II, and Y2K Compliant. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Banco ProCredit as a Senior Operations Manager, where they planned, coordinated, directed, and administered the technological infrastructure of a German-origin bank and its applications in risk management and project development. Grace also managed and oversaw the activities of 25 employees directly and 900 others indirectly. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at ASSA Insurance Company and Tapalwas Foundation as an Organizational and Process Consultant, where they carried out an employment and organizational climate diagnosis for 30 and 90 employees, respectively, to improve production standards. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at NORTECH S.A. as an Operations Manager. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been working at Faucetworks as the VP of Engineering, developing an artificial intelligence-based, semiautonomous medical application software capable of diagnosing acute ischemic stroke from other neurological emergencies in the ambulance. Grace is also involved in ideation, planning, and product management.
Grace Montenegro has obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer and Engineering Science from Sonoma State University, an Executive MBA in Business Administration from INCAE Business School, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería.
