Mike Bradley

Mike Bradley is an experienced validation and quality professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Validation Manager at Neurotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Mike held the position of Senior Quality Engineer at Finch Therapeutics, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering and validation quality for GxP-Regulated activities in a manufacturing facility focused on microbiome therapy. Prior to that, Mike spent over 15 years at Amgen in various roles, culminating as a Validation Engineer, and also contributed as a Manufacturing Associate within the company. Other notable positions include Manufacturing Associate II and QC Analyst II at RenaMed Biologics, and earlier roles at Virbac, Natural Pharmaceuticals, Mass Biologics Laboratories, and Genetics Institute. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bridgewater State University.
