Marko Petrovic

Marko Petrovic serves as the HR Manager for Southeast Europe at Neuroth AG since December 2019. Prior to this role, Marko was the Regional HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, the Balkans, and the Adriatics at Bausch Health Companies Inc. from October 2015 to September 2018, overseeing HR functions across 14 countries. Marko's experience also includes roles at British American Tobacco, where responsibilities ranged from Country HR Manager for Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia to HR Business Partner, focusing on HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. Marko began the professional journey at A&P d.o.o. - Pepsi Bottling Company as a Sales Representative and later as Office & Fleet Executive. Marko holds a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade, earned between 2001 and 2006.
