Xu Hongli

Mr. Xu is Co-president of Neusoft and General Manager of the Government Software Division. Since joining the Company in July 1996, he has served successively as Director of Social Security Software Development Division, Director of Software Engineering Division, Manager of Social Security Department, Manager of Government Software Division, and Vice President of Neusoft. He has served as Senior Vice President of Neusoft since 2014.

Mr. Xu received his master’s degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China.
