Kraig Buesch has a varied work experience. In 2021, they began working for Neutral in the role of Operations - Coordinator, where they managed daily operations and inventory, provided wholesale customer service and support, and conducted new customer onboarding. Kraig also held the role of Operations - Merchandising Support and Field Sales, where they supported retail accounts in NW Oregon and SW Washington, ensured brand success with regular store visits including visual display maintenance and marketing support, and identified potential business partners in retail and foodservice. Additionally, they held the role of Marketing - Consultant, where they grew brand impressions in new market, generated initiatives that increase brand presence among target consumers, and created and maintained national media database. In 2019, they worked as an Independent Contractor for Lyft. From 2007 to 2019, they worked for Starbucks as a Retail Store Manager, where they set store goals, prioritized team development, maintained company operating standards, trained, implemented company programs, and coached to achieve goals. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Campus Tour Guide for Miami University.

Kraig Buesch obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Miami University in 2007, where they studied Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs, Applied Ethical Theory. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) from National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP). In 2020, they obtained a Servers Permit from Oregon Liquor Control Commission and a Food Handler from Oregon Health Authority. In 2021, they obtained a Climate Reality Leadership Corps from The Climate Reality Project. In 2022, they obtained a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
