Kanchan Chandna

Kanchan Chandna has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career in 2008 as a UATer at Tata Teleservices and then worked as a Software Test Engineer at Artech Infosystems from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Sr Test Engineer, specializing in telecom domain and handling tasks such as analyzing requirements, test case writing, executing, bug life cycle, and automating test cases. From 2014 to 2017, Kanchan worked at TietoEVRY as a Sr Test Engineer & Scrum master, taking on responsibilities such as testing, scrum mastering, and solution expertise. They then moved on to become a Solution expert from 2017 to 2018, a Solution owner from 2018 to 2019, and a Product Owner from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of a Senior Business Analyst at TietoEVRY.

In 2021, Kanchan joined Avaya as a Product Owner, where they were part of an Agile team and responsible for consulting product managers and engineering managers for priorities, managing the product backlog using Agile practices, grooming stories/epics with multi-disciplinary teams to define business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases, and acting as an Agile coach to support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual service and improvements.

Currently, Kanchan Chandna is working as a Senior Project Manager at Neutrino Tech Systems, starting from 2022.

Kanchan Chandna holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications from PVP Siddhartha Institute of Technology. Kanchan completed their secondary education at Sri Sai Residential School, obtaining an S.S.C degree. Kanchan then attended Nehru Niketan Jr College for their intermediate education with a focus on the field of study in "C."
