Nupur Thakker, PhD

Nupur Thakker, PhD has held various roles in the engineering and computer science fields. In 2021, they began working as a Telecommunication Engineer for Neutroon. Prior to this, they were a PhD Student at Senses Lab, Department of Computer Science University of Rome "La Sapienza" from 2017-2021. From 2015-2017, they were a Lecturer at Goa College of Engineering. In 2014, they began working as a Project Engineer for the National Institute of Oceanography (Marine Instrumentation Department).

Nupur Thakker, PhD has an extensive educational history. Nupur completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra in 2011. Nupur then obtained their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in RF and Microwave engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2013. Most recently, they completed their PhD in Wireless communication and networking, IoT, wireless sensor networks from Sapienza Università di Roma in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
