Rossnina Dort has a diverse range of experience in the field of early education services. Rossnina has worked as the Director of Early Education Services at the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools since 2016, where their responsibilities include expanding access to high-quality care and education, developing support services for the early childhood workforce, and implementing state initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as an Early Care Education Consultant and CLASS Coach and Assessor at the Child Development Training Consortium from 2011 to 2016. In this role, they provided one-on-one coaching to teachers across California, tracked cycles, assessed classroom instruction, and delivered instructional resources. Rossnina has also worked as an ECE Consultant for Transitional Kindergarten Development at the Ventura County Office of Education in 2015 and as a QRIS Liaison Consultant at First 5 Contra Costa in 2012-2013. Rossnina has additional experience as the Innovations in Quality Development Coordinator at the Contra Costa Child Care Council from 2003 to 2011 and as an Early Care Educator Career Advocate at Child Care Links in 2002-2003.
