Patricia Bradford

Patricia Bradford currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Comprehensive EyeCare Partners, a leading vision care management services organization based in Las Vegas, since December 2022. Prior to this role, Patricia held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Elara Caring, one of the largest home care providers in the United States, from August 2016 to July 2022. Between October 2013 and June 2016, Patricia was the Chief People Officer at naviHealth, Inc., where leadership was focused on enhancing company culture and long-term enterprise value. Patricia's earlier experience includes serving as Area Vice President of HR at Dex One in Denver, Colorado, from January 2003 to May 2013, achieving significant personal and professional milestones. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Denver between 1996 and 1999.
