John Lam

John Lam is an accomplished design strategist and educator with extensive experience in the intersection of culture and workspace design. Currently, Lam holds various positions, including Partner at Culture'N'Space, Co-Founder and Design Strategist at State of Culture, and Research Associate at the Technical University of Munich. Lam is also an Associate Partner at Never Too Small and a Lecturer at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and Hochschule Macromedia. Additionally, Lam is co-authoring an upcoming book on brand integrity and cultural sensitivities alongside Dr. Amer Bitar. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Workplace Strategy at JLL and Global Client Collaboration at Steelcase. John Lam holds a PhD in Workspace Design and Strategy from the Technical University of Munich and a Master of Design with Distinction from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design, among other degrees in international management and design.
