Bjørnar Langen

Bjørnar Langen has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Development Director at Nevion, a Sony Group Company. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant and Leadership Trainer at Langen Lederutvikling since 2018. Before that, they held positions at NRK as a Section Manager and Technology Advisor from 2007 to 2018. Bjørnar also worked as an Engineer at GE Healthcare from 2003 to 2007 and at Tandberg Television from 1999 to 2002.

Bjørnar Langen started their education at Gjøvik University College (HiG) from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Electronic-telecommunication. After that, they attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2001 to 2006, completing a Master of Management degree. During their master's program, their field of study included team leadership, project management, influence leadership, and HRM. In 2010, Bjørnar Langen obtained certification in the NEO PI-R Personality test (5-factor model) from NEO Assessment AS.
