Jeanine Corson Mba

Jeanine Corson, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jeanine most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation since June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at the same organization from July 2018 to June 2022.

Before joining the New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation, Jeanine worked as the Director of Human Resources at Warsaw Community Schools from July 2015 to July 2018.

Earlier in their career, they held the position of CTE Business, Management, Marketing & Technology Teacher at Homestead Senior High School, Southwest Allen County Schools from July 2010 to June 2015, and at Fort Wayne Community Schools from July 2007 to June 2010.

Jeanine also has experience in the corporate sector. Jeanine served as the Office Manager at First National Bank in Howell from September 2001 to February 2007. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at MCI WORLDCOM Communications Inc from April 1996 to May 2001.

Jeanine started their career at Telos Corporation, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from June 1994 to December 1996. Throughout their career, Jeanine has developed a strong background in human resources, education, and management.

Jeanine Corson, MBA, SHRM-CP obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana State University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Technology Education from Eastern Michigan University.

In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained certifications in Building Administration K-12 from the Indiana Department of Education in 2018, and as a Business, Management, Marketing & Technology Education Teacher (CTE) from the Indiana Department of Education in 2006.
