Will Jones

Will Jones is the Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Transformation Officer at New America. In collaboration with entertainers and brands, Will Jones has spent the past 15 years developing products and experiences that people value. These efforts have been successful in garnering widespread attention. His expertise lies in the consulting, media, and entertainment industries, and he has a background in business development, strategic planning, and operational management.

Jones started his career in the media by working in the Casting and Talent division of Viacom. There, he collaborated on television programs with a variety of musicians and athletes in the industry. In less than a year and a half, he was a member of the management team for a Grammy-nominated artist. As a result, he was able to land business development roles at record labels such as Razor & Tie, Song Splits, and Bad Boy.

He has also represented clients in the fields of television production/distribution, animation, e-commerce, software, and electronics, in addition to songwriting and music production. In addition to that, he has extensive experience working as a consultant in these respective fields.

Will completed eight years of service in the United States Army Reserves as a Specialist. In addition to earning a degree in professional cooking from the Baltimore International Culinary College, he majored in Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Maryland at College Park.
