Melanie Carnes

Melanie Carnes serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at New Avenues to Independence, Inc. since April 2020. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Grand Manner Inc/Phoenix Residential from October 2018 to April 2020, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer within the same organization from June 2014 to October 2018. Melanie's career began at RMS of Ohio, Inc., where the role of Director of Operations was held from January 2002 to June 2014. Melanie is an alumnus of The Ohio State University.
