Annie An is a seasoned operations and product development professional with extensive experience in the footwear industry. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at New Balance since April 2023, Annie previously held the position of Director of Product Development at Wolverine Worldwide, leading the Sperry product development team in Asia from August 2019 to March 2023. Annie's earlier roles at New Balance included Regional Lifestyle Development Manager and Operations Manager for Footwear, where responsibilities involved enhancing design intent, overseeing multiple factories, implementing quality improvement programs, and collaborating with various teams to meet product development goals.
