Gabe la O' is a highly experienced Senior Innovation Designer at New Balance since July 2015, specializing in advanced footwear concept design across various categories including performance and military. Prior to this role, Gabe worked at Adidas Group as an Innovation Designer for six years, collaborating with athletes to develop footwear and apparel concepts. Initial experience included a footwear design internship at Converse and freelance footwear design for K-Swiss, focusing on high-performance and lifestyle footwear. Early career included project management roles at JPMorgan Chase and Northstar Interactive Research, enhancing usability and managing research projects. Gabe holds a BS in Product Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a BA in International Studies from De La Salle University, along with additional education at Universidad Rafael Landívar and Caltech.
