Katie Murphy is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand operations and consumer marketing. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Director of Brand Operations at New Balance since February 2022, Katie oversees the comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy and execution across all categories, while managing Global Content Factories in key locations. Previously, as Head of Brand & Consumer Marketing for North America, Katie led cross-channel marketing strategies and partnerships to enhance direct-to-consumer experiences. Katie's career at New Balance began in 2015 with roles that included Manager of North America Wholesale Marketing, where significant budget management and cross-functional collaboration were key responsibilities. Prior to New Balance, Katie worked at Digitas North America, managing multi-platform marketing campaigns for major clients. Katie holds a Master's degree in Management with a concentration in Marketing from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree from Barnard College, where a double major in French Language & Literature and Political Economics was achieved.
