Heather Chappell

Heather Chappell has extensive experience in marketing and business process improvement, currently serving as a Business Process Improvement Specialist at New Belgium Brewing since September 2014, after holding various roles including Marketing Operations Coordinator and Creative Trafficker. Prior to this, Heather worked as Marketing Director at Fort Collins Nursery from November 2011 to September 2014, and as Marketing Coordinator at Realtec CRES from January 2010 to April 2011, where responsibilities included designing marketing strategies and managing advertising contracts. Earlier experience includes an internship with the City of Fort Collins, focusing on the development and maintenance of public information materials. Heather Chappell holds a Graphic Design Technician Certificate from Front Range Community College, completed in 2009.
