Tyler Horton

Tyler Horton is a System Administrator at New Braunfels Utilities since February 2020. Previously, Tyler worked as a User Support Technician at Grande Communications Networks LLC from August 2016 to April 2019. Tyler's experience includes providing desktop and application support to employees, managing the Microsoft Exchange environment, developing software applications for internal use, and upgrading machines to Windows 10. Tyler also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems from Texas State University in 2019 and a Cyber Academy Certificate in Cyber Security from The University of Texas at Austin.
