Rick Wilmot

Rick Wilmot serves as the President of Sixfinity LLC, where responsibilities include investing in and advising early-stage companies focused on generative AI, LLM, and ML technologies. With a strong commitment to community service, Rick has been a Board Member at NewBridge Cleveland since 2013, contributing to its growth as a vital resource for underserved communities in Northeast Ohio. Previously, Rick held roles such as Sr. Director of Technology Strategy at BMC Software, Venture Leader at 1848 Ventures, and Vice President at IBM Watson Health, where leadership in technology strategy and product development was pivotal. Rick's consulting experience at McKinsey & Company and technical roles at Hyland Software further enhance a career characterized by innovative leadership and expertise in technical services. Rick earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and both an MS and BS in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.
