Noah Gabriel currently serves as a Senior Project Analyst at the New Buildings Institute, leading a groundbreaking 120-volt heat pump water heater load shifting study in California and overseeing a three-year commercial heat pump water heater project aimed at introducing new products to market. Prior to this role, Noah was a Policy Associate at Atlas Public Policy, where responsibilities included collecting and visualizing energy-related policy data and authoring bi-weekly articles on building decarbonization trends. Noah’s experience also includes working as an Associate Professional Services Engineer at Appen, a Data Analytics Intern for The World Bank’s Sub-Saharan team, serving as Vice President of Quantitative Analysis at the Oberlin Investment Club, and interning at ALA Planning Partnership focused on environmental impact assessments. Noah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and History from Oberlin College.
