Nora Erspamer

Nora Erspamer has a diverse work experience in marketing and management roles. Nora is currently the Director of Marketing Process at New Charter Technologies since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Digital Marketing at the same company from October 2020 to January 2023. Nora worked at Forecast5 Analytics from 2014 to 2020, starting as a Community Management Specialist and progressing to become a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Director, and finally a Sales and Marketing Strategist. In 2013, Nora was a Management Intern at Jewel-Osco, where they developed and pitched a marketing campaign, gained supervisory responsibilities, and underwent training to enhance their communication and leadership skills.

Nora Erspamer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from North Central College, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Small Business Management from the same institution, spanning from 2010 to 2014. Nora has also earned additional certifications, including the HubSpot Contextual Marketing Certification from HubSpot in July 2020, the HubSpot Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy in August 2020, and a certification on "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in 2020.
