Josh Heltsley

Josh Heltsley is currently the Vice President of Development at New City Development. Prior to their current role, Josh held positions such as Senior Project Manager at The Hagerman Group and Project Manager at companies like Stenz Construction Corporation and Harmon Construction, Inc. Josh also has experience as a Safety Advisor at Trinity Safety Group and as a Field Engineer at Turner Construction. Josh graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management.
